7376843595 #3992: Fixed missing menus elements in stylesheet if using Web_Basic-Blue.css or Web_Visually.css. Menu elements were removed so that the user could choose between horizontal or Vertical menus.

2d8dab099b GeoView : bug #3973 ignore buttons_have_icons which avoid set_image() to change the image of a button. 
gnome => 2.26 now set this to false
