PHON field; (write_person): Correct exported PHON fields.
* src/plugins/ReadGedcom.py (parse_residence): Remove PHON field since
it is taken care of by parse_address() now;
(parse_address): Parse PHON field, provided it immediately follows
ADDR structure.
