* src/GrampsDb/_GrampsBSDDB.py: initialize the next gramps_id
	indexes to the length of the tables to prevent a walk of the db 
	entries.
	* src/DisplayModels/_BaseModel.py: handle row-insert properly
	* src/PageView.py: handle row adding properly
