Jeff Bonhag	db316a396f	Lock closed issues after 30 days (#11332) ... This commit adds Hashibot support to lock closed issues after 30 days. It also will automatically remove the `waiting-reply` tag if a user replies to an issue with that tag.	2020-01-27 09:58:50 -05:00
