33f5e2ed82 (#320) Add puppet provisioner config example. 
This commit should provide enough example information to get started
provisioning a box using the Puppet provisioner.

The goal of this commit is to provide just enough information to quickly
get started but not so much that the configuration file is polluted or
confuses the user.

afcbeb9e7b SSH#sudo! more compatible with all commands, example in details. 
As pointed out by Charles Duffy, commands such as the following
didn't work in the previous version:

    bash -c 'foo; bar'

Due to the way sudo! used `echo` to output lines into a tempfile.
This is now fixed.
