Use Vagrant::Util::FileChecksum to validate the downloaded VirtualBox
installers.

SHA-256 checksums for VirtualBox files are available at
https://www.virtualbox.org/download/hashes/5.0.10/SHA256SUMS.

Fixes #6611.
