Theron Boerner 391c5be08e Remove --interactive flag from Docker command

See: GH-7597. Due to the childprocess gem setting STDIN to a pipe,
Docker will fail as it requires STDIN to be a TTY if run with
--interactive.

Vagrant Core Plugins

These are plugins that ship with Vagrant. Vagrant core uses its own plugin system to power a lot of the core pieces that ship with Vagrant. Each plugin will have its own README which explains its specific role.
