Prior to this commit, the docker action would attempt to compare and validate synced folders based on their string value, rather than their actual path value. This commit updates that by path expanding the mounts when comparing a containers synced folders.
Vagrant Core Plugins
These are plugins that ship with Vagrant. Vagrant core uses its own plugin system to power a lot of the core pieces that ship with Vagrant. Each plugin will have its own README which explains its specific role.
