Use Vagrant::Util::FileChecksum to validate the downloaded VirtualBox installers. SHA-256 checksums for VirtualBox files are available at https://www.virtualbox.org/download/hashes/5.0.10/SHA256SUMS. Fixes #6611.

These are plugins that ship with Vagrant. Vagrant core uses its own plugin system to power a lot of the core pieces that ship with Vagrant. Each plugin will have its own README which explains its specific role.
