Fixed error remains in other versions:
  return [] if e.extra_data[:stdout].include?("does not have")
should be
  return [] if e.extra_data[:stderr].include?("does not have")

Many methods are the same in different version_X, and should be moved to Base class.

Vagrant Core Plugins

These are plugins that ship with Vagrant. Vagrant core uses its own plugin system to power a lot of the core pieces that ship with Vagrant. Each plugin will have its own README which explains its specific role.
