Dusty Mabe be90f6b1da Fix Fedora /etc/hosts bug

Update so that localhost entries don't get deleted when the hostname
gets added to the 127.0.0.1 line. Closes #6202

Vagrant Core Plugins

These are plugins that ship with Vagrant. Vagrant core uses its own plugin system to power a lot of the core pieces that ship with Vagrant. Each plugin will have its own README which explains its specific role.
